1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Nature of Services
Dompet Ku is a non-custodial wallet. This means:
- We do not store, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
- You are fully responsible for safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases.
- If you lose your private keys or seed phrases, we cannot recover or restore access to your wallet or assets.
The App currently allows you to:
- Send and receive digital assets.
- View your balances and transaction history.
- Interact with decentralized applications (dApps) directly within the App’s built-in browser.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Dompet Ku, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the security of your device, wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
- You are solely responsible for all transactions initiated through the App. Transactions are irreversible.
- You will not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
- You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are inherently risky, and their values may fluctuate.
4. Risks
You understand and accept that:
- Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
- Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose value.
- Use of dApps and third-party services carries additional risks outside of our control.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you understand how blockchain technology works before using the App.
5. No Custody and No Guarantee
We do not provide custodial services, financial advice, or investment guarantees. We do not control the underlying blockchains or networks. We are not responsible for any losses due to:
User error (e.g., lost seed phrases, sending assets to the wrong address).
- Malicious dApps, phishing attacks, or scams.
- Network errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities in blockchain protocols.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the App.
- This includes (but is not limited to) loss of funds, data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may allow you to access or interact with third-party dApps or services. We are not responsible for any content, functionality, or risks associated with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.
